What happens if I am a new patient?
You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another specialist, or your pediatrician. You will be asked to complete a case history form discussing your concerns, and new patient paperwork.
Please provide any formal testing that has been completed involving your speech and feeding concerns. As a family, you will be an active participant in the formal evaluation. All results and possible parent questions will be discussed.

Coverage, services, and procedures are specific to your insurance plan. Please call us for more details, and to determine what is covered under your insurance plan.
An estimate of service fees, costs, evaluations, or therapy are available upon request.
